Kalashnikov Concern (Russia) has just conducted tests of combat electric motorcycles (BME) in border areas to evaluate their operational capabilities in military missions, especially in the context of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. This information was officially announced by the company on October 18, marking a new step forward in the application of electric vehicle technology in the military field.

Accordingly, BME electric motorbike models are designed and equipped with special features suitable for military operations. With extremely low engine noise and no heat emissions, these models are almost invisible to thermal imaging systems, providing a great advantage in reconnaissance missions and covert operations. The robust vehicle design with advanced cooling systems and convenient features allows them to move flexibly on difficult terrain, responding well to missions that require quick and effective maneuverability.

The BME is being tested in extreme conditions to assess its durability and performance. The vehicles have a range of 100 to 150 km depending on the model, with different versions designed specifically for military or law enforcement use. In combat conditions, the vehicles can be equipped with a gun mount, allowing the operator to easily use weapons such as the AK-47 during missions. This increases flexibility and combat readiness in emergency situations.

One of the BME’s main advantages is its stealth capabilities, thanks to its silent electric motor and lack of heat emissions. This is a key factor that makes the motorcycle an ideal tool for missions that require secrecy, such as border patrol or lightning attacks. Furthermore, with its sturdy structure and advanced cooling system, the BME can operate stably in harsh weather conditions, which is difficult for traditional military vehicles to meet.

The vehicle’s dashboard is designed to be simple, in line with military requirements to avoid technological overload, while also ensuring the vehicle’s durability and operational capability on the battlefield. This design not only ensures convenience but also helps to minimize factors that can cause disruption during the mission.

Currently, Kalashnikov’s tests are conducted in small batches, with customer representatives participating to provide timely feedback. This allows the company’s engineers to quickly fix technical problems, ensuring that the motorcycle fully meets the strict requirements of the Russian military. Each issue is addressed immediately, with the ultimate goal of optimizing the vehicle’s performance in the field.
