Weather forecast for today, July 20, storm number 3 is approaching mainland China, only more than 700km from Quang Ninh - Hai Phong .
According to Dong Nai Hydrometeorological Station, the strongest wind near the storm center is level 11, gusting to level 14; moving in the West Northwest direction at a speed of about 20-25km/h.
With this impact, heavy rain and thunderstorms occurred in the province, causing many trees to fall.

Storm No. 3 is likely to strengthen to level 12 (103-133km/h), gusting to level 15 in the next 24-48 hours, and the provinces and cities of Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, and coastal areas from Hung Yen to Nghe An are forecast to be most affected by the storm.
