On July 20, Brigade 685, Naval Region 4 and QMCD-SBL Vietnam Production, Trade and Service Company Limited (Thai Nguyen province) organized the signing of regulations and program of coordination of activities.

Representatives of the brigade and the company signed a cooperation agreement.

According to the signed content, the two units will coordinate to promote propaganda about the traditions of the Vietnam People's Army, the Navy, Naval Region 4, Brigade 685, the company's activities achieved in recent years; propagate to raise vigilance against the plots and tricks of "peaceful evolution" and "riotous overthrow" of hostile forces. At the same time, regularly inform each other about the situation of both sides; coordinate to create conditions and jobs for non-commissioned officers and soldiers to complete their military service; organize meetings and exchanges between the two units... Thereby enhancing mutual understanding, creating conditions, encouraging and helping each other to excellently complete assigned tasks.
