The Organizing Committee awarded the Certificate of "Consumer-trusted goods and services in 2024" to Dong Xuyen Commune General Livestock Cooperative.
After more than 12 months of implementation since the launching ceremony, the program has received applications from 24 businesses, with 123 products participating in the survey, belonging to 5 industry groups: beverages; spices; health care foods; food; industrial products. The survey was conducted on the consumer app, the electronic information portal of the Vietnam Consumer Protection Association (nguoitieudung.org.vn); attracting over 11,200 consumers to participate in voting, an increase of 10% compared to 2023.
The survey results were evaluated based on the following criteria: quality; accurate and complete information about goods and services, ensuring the right to choose and the right to safety of consumers; competitive and reasonable prices; customer care services; handling complaints and compensation for damages; beautiful designs that are favored by consumers. The evaluation council selected the top 100 products and services that met the trust standards, including the top 50 outstanding brands, which were honored at the event.
Dong Xuyen Commune Livestock Cooperative (Tien Hai) has 3 products in the top 50 and 100 outstanding brands.
Thai Binh province has Dong Xuyen Commune Livestock Cooperative (Tien Hai) with 3 products: Dong Xuyen sea duck in the top 50; Dong Xuyen sea duck eggs, Dong Xuyen apple snails in the top 100 products and services meeting reliable standards. This is a recognition for the Cooperative and its members in their persistent efforts to choose biosafety livestock farming.
