The project to build a Smart Academy Management Model at the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics is invested by the Party and the State and will be implemented in 2024, including many important items, serving the comprehensive digital transformation of all aspects of work, deployed throughout the entire system of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics. Currently, the core and most important items of the project have been basically completed, entering the stage of actual implementation.
Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang stated: Comprehensive digital transformation activities in all aspects of the entire Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics system not only enhance the role and position of the Academy but also create a model in activities based on digital technology .
He requested the Project Management Board to build the Model, especially the Head of the Board, to continue to closely and resolutely manage the quality, progress, and investment capital. Continue to promote activities throughout the project completion process, put it into operation throughout the entire academy system to ensure strict compliance with legal regulations.
Project implementation, supervision and testing units need to mobilize the most modern equipment, select the highest quality and most experienced human resources to complete project items, continue to complete and put the system into operation, promptly, safely, with quality and efficiency.
State management units, functional units and units under the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and the Project Management Board need to coordinate closely with each other in each stage, step and phase to put the project items into operation in each specific activity, ensuring smooth, safe and effective implementation - Comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang emphasized.
