Students of Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted bring the Olympia finals telecast to Khanh Hoa

In the third quarter round of the Road to Olympia 2025 competition broadcast on VTV3 on the afternoon of July 20, contestant Doan Thanh Tung, a student of Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted (Nam Nha Trang ward, Khanh Hoa province) won first prize, bringing the final televised broadcast to Khanh Hoa.

In the quarter round, Doan Thanh Tung competed with the following candidates: Hoang Cong Nguyen, Thai Binh High School for the Gifted (Hung Yen province); Pham Tuan Thanh, Lien Ha High School (Hanoi city); Le Hoang Tran Chau, Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted (Quang Tri province).

After the warm-up round with 40 points, Doan Thanh Tung took the lead in the mountain climbing group with 100 points thanks to correctly solving the keywords in the obstacle course. After finishing the acceleration round, Thanh Tung continued to consolidate his leading position with 230 points. In the final round, the finish line, Thanh Tung achieved 255 points and won the first prize of the competition. Second prize went to contestant Pham Tuan Thanh with 130 points, two third prizes went to contestants Le Hoang Tran Chau with 110 points and Hoang Cong Nguyen with 60 points.

The final round of the Road to Olympia 2025 competition is scheduled to be held on October 26. Previously, in 2019, Khanh Hoa had a contestant participating in the final round of this competition, Nguyen Hai Dang, a student of Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted (Nam Nha Trang ward) and won second prize.
