It is known that Miss Thuy Tien has presented nearly 500 gifts, including school bags, clothes, candy and cash to disadvantaged Vietnamese students, teachers and some poor families in Phnom Penh and Kandal province (Cambodia).

Thuy Tien was crowned Miss Grand International 2021. Immediately after being crowned, Thuy Tien worked hard to complete many community projects, programs to inspire students, young people and fulfill the responsibilities of a Miss Grand International.
