During the campaign, the members and youth of Squadron 129 focused on implementing a number of contents such as: Building new rural areas and civilized urban areas; protecting the environment, responding to climate change; propagating about seas and islands, sea and island sovereignty , consequences of violating regulations on illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing; and cleaning and renovating memorial houses in the stationed area.

In particular, the youth of Squadron 129 continued to effectively implement the program "Vietnam People's Navy as a support for fishermen to go offshore and stick to the sea", "Navy sponsors fishermen's children"; organized visits and gave gifts to families with meritorious services, veterans, union members, young people of the armed forces, and children in difficult circumstances.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, the youth of the 129th Fleet coordinated with cadres, union members, and youth forces in the province to clean up the beach in Phuoc Hai town, Long Dat district; and gave gifts to local fishermen, including 50 life jackets and 100 national flags.
