The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Official Dispatch No. 4139/UBND-KT on effectively implementing the operations of the Social Policy Bank's transaction points in communes and wards in the city.
The document clearly stated that in order to effectively deploy the transaction points of the Social Policy Bank in communes and wards on a fixed transaction day of the month in the city; at the same time, in order to continue to effectively maintain the organizational model, the specific credit management method, close to the people, accompanying, supporting, and serving well the beneficiaries of policy credit and the people, ensuring the smooth and effective implementation of social policy credit, promoting the role in the socio -economic development in the city, the City People's Committee requested the People's Committees of communes and wards to coordinate with the Social Policy Bank to focus on implementing a number of key tasks.
In particular, focus on reviewing and arranging Social Policy Bank transaction points in communes and wards: Ensure that each commune and ward has 1 main transaction point at the newly established People's Committee headquarters. The remaining points are arranged in villages and residential areas, convenient for people to access social policy credit capital (headquarters of the People's Committee of old communes, wards, towns or village cultural houses...).
In addition, coordinate with the commune police and local security and order protection teams to ensure the safety of State money and assets at transaction points on a fixed transaction day each month.
The People's Committees of communes and wards coordinate with the Social Policy Bank to arrange the location of signs and information disclosure boards; install the Social Policy Bank signboards and policy credit information boards at transaction points so that people can easily identify and grasp information, while promoting the people's supervisory role.
The City People's Committee also directed the assignment of leaders of the People's Committees of communes and wards in charge of policy credit to confirm loan applications and support people in a timely manner; attend the meeting at the end of the transaction session at the transaction point located at the headquarters of the new People's Committees of communes and wards to promptly grasp and direct the handling of contents related to social policy credit activities in the area.
