For the family of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tan and Mrs. Nguyen Thu Phuong (Ket Nghia Hamlet, Phu Tan Commune), family happiness must be built on the foundation of love, sharing and empathy. Therefore, the couple pays great attention to building happiness from feelings and spiritual life. Having formed a bond from the difficult years, after 40 years of sharing a bed, the couple has taught each other to overcome difficulties, raise their children to be successful people. When the economy is stable and they reach the age of enjoying their old age, Mr. Tan chooses to be a simple farmer, enjoys bonsai, and together with his wife takes care of a rich and happy spiritual life.

The couple Tu Van Moi and Tran Cam Nhung (Bo Dap hamlet, Tran Phan commune) are a model of a family with a cultured lifestyle, "husband and wife working together" to develop the economy. Thanks to their love for each other and their dedication to work, they now have enough to eat and save. Although he is over 60 years old, Mr. Moi is still passionate about working, growing all kinds of crops. Mrs. Nhung wakes up early every day to harvest fresh vegetables, carrying them to sell everywhere in the commune. Because for her, "if he has the merit of growing them, she must help with the business to take care of the family economy". For them, sharing is the most valuable capital to build and cultivate happiness. In addition, the factor of equality in the relationship between husband and wife is always put first by them, thanks to which family happiness is increasingly cultivated sustainably.
From ancient times to the present, the relationship between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law has never been "easy". But in Tran Mot hamlet (Hung My commune), the story of mother-in-law and daughter-in-law love between Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hon (86 years old) and Ms. Phan Thi Xieu (42 years old) makes many people admire.
For nearly 28 years as a daughter-in-law, 8 years since her husband passed away, Ms. Xieu has been by her husband's side, taking care of her mother and taking care of the family's finances. In 2017, Ms. Xieu's husband had an accident and suddenly passed away at the age of 37, leaving behind an elderly mother and 2 young children of school age. Ms. Xieu became the breadwinner of the family. Not only is she a good housewife, she is also resourceful in farming, taking care of an orchard and a shrimp farm of more than 4 hectares. Thanks to her talent, the family's economy is stable, with an income of more than 100 million VND per year, providing for the children's education, and taking good care of her mother's mental health and well-being.
Pitying her daughter-in-law's hard work, despite her advanced age, Mrs. Hon still works tirelessly. With seven hectares of large garden land, she single-handedly weeds, helps her children take care of fruit trees, cleans around the house, plants hedges, and builds embankments to protect the land...
Ms. Tran Kim Thoa, Office of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hung My Commune, shared: “Ms. Hon trusts, loves and empowers her daughter-in-law; Ms. Xieu respects and understands her mother-in-law’s traditional way of thinking, to skillfully harmonize their feelings. As a woman myself, I sympathize and appreciate that feeling.”
In modern society, in families, especially families with 3 generations living together, it is difficult to avoid many differences in views and lifestyles... But in the families of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tan, Mr. Tu Van Moi, Ms. Phan Thi Xieu..., that distance no longer exists, all is for love, protection, and sharing. Traditional values of filial piety, respect for elders and giving way to juniors are preserved, along with deep affection without distinction between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law./.
