Meeting with Dong Nai health sector staff through the ages

Speaking at the meeting, Meritorious Doctor Do Thi Nguyen, Director of the Provincial Department of Health, said that July 2025 is a special milestone when the two health sector organizations of Dong Nai province (old) and Binh Phuoc province (old) officially merged into a new health sector of Dong Nai province. This is not only an administrative and organizational change, but also a convergence of intelligence, experience, affection and enthusiasm from the two units. This merger does not reduce the identity of each locality, but is a resonance to create a synchronous, strong and developed health system.

Director of the Department of Health Do Thi Nguyen expressed that the process of merger and development will certainly have difficulties and confusion, however, with solidarity, sharing and working towards a common goal, the staff of the provincial health sector will overcome all.

Ms. Do Thi Nguyen also expressed her desire to spread the spirit of "One industry - One unified collective - One mission" in each unit, each cadre, each medical staff. Because when sharing the same will, actions and putting the health interests of the people first, the cadres and staff of the medical sector will create a synchronous, strong Dong Nai health system, ready to integrate, innovate and develop with the health sector of the whole country. With the spirit of solidarity, openness and responsibility, the new Dong Nai health sector will grow stronger and stronger, worthy of the trust of the Party, the State and the people.

On this occasion, Director of the Department of Health Do Thi Nguyen expressed her deep gratitude to generations of leaders and health workers of the two provinces of Dong Nai (old) and Binh Phuoc (old) who have contributed to and built a solid foundation for the health sector of Dong Nai. At the same time, she expressed her gratitude for the coordination and support of units, specialized departments, and colleagues throughout the process of merging and perfecting the health sector apparatus of the new Dong Nai province.
