On the afternoon of August 3, comrade Nghiem Xuan Cuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended the August 2024 Party cell meeting in Minh Tan village, Quang Minh commune, Hai Ha district. Also attending was comrade Nguyen Kim Anh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Hai Ha District Party Committee.
The Minh Tan village Party cell, Quang Minh commune, Hai Ha district has 19 party members, of which 5 are exempted from activities. At the meeting, party members focused on evaluating, discussing, and reviewing the results of leadership work in July and giving directions and tasks for August 2024. During the month, the party cell seriously and fully implemented the directives, resolutions, regulations, programs, plans, and documents of Party committees at all levels, especially Directive No. 35-CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo "on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party" in the party committee and to 100% of party members of the cell. The party cell directed the mass organizations to do a good job of propagating holidays in the month; doing a good job of preventing and controlling African swine fever; propagating to households registering for aquaculture to strengthen the protection of aquatic resources. The Party cell organized for the people and mass organizations to clean the environment, village roads and alleys, implement "Green and clean morning", collect waste, ensure environmental hygiene and renovate the cultural house area, village roads in a total of 03 sessions, with 257 participants. Especially, the electricity to light up the countryside roads after the storm was 12 light bulbs to light up the countryside roads, worth 1,500,000 VND from people's contributions.
At the meeting, party members focused on discussing and giving opinions on the results of implementing the Party Cell Resolution in July, the direction and tasks for August; proposed and recommended a number of contents on investing in upgrading and repairing the village cultural house and the Ha Coi river embankment; continued to maintain emulation movements and campaigns to join hands in building a model new rural area.
Comrade Nguyen Kim Anh, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Hai Ha District Party Committee, received and clarified a number of proposals and recommendations from party members at the meeting; hoping that party members in the Party cell will continue to contribute to building Minh Tan village to become more civilized and developed.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nghiem Xuan Cuong highly appreciated the results of the Party cell's implementation in July, the flexible and effective organization and management of Party cell activities, and the serious participation in activities and frank and constructive contributions of Party members. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hoped that Party members and people in the province in general, Minh Tan village and Quang Minh commune in particular, would continue to disseminate and propagate the directives, resolutions and conclusions of the Central Government, the province and the district; strictly comply with the law on aquaculture and aquatic exploitation; propagate drowning prevention, effectively organize summer activities and actively participate in local movements and campaigns. He suggested that the district continue to pay attention to considering projects to renovate and invest in upgrading projects and works of the district and village according to planning and regulations.
On the occasion of attending the Party cell meeting, comrade Nghiem Xuan Cuong, Vice Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee, presented a souvenir to the Party cell of Minh Tan village, Quang Minh commune (Hai Ha).
