On the afternoon of July 19, due to a sudden storm, in the area near Dau Go Cave - Ha Long Bay - Quang Ninh, a tourist boat with registration number QN-7105 sank.

To accompany the victims' relatives, Mr. Dang Van Toan, member of the Quang Ninh Young Entrepreneurs Association, Director of Business and Foreign Affairs and co-founder of T&Y Group Trading & Tourism Company Limited, volunteered to support food and accommodation (free of charge) during the search for the victims' relatives in Ha Long, Quang Ninh .

Specifically, Mr. Dang Van Toan arranged free accommodation with a maximum of 40 rooms at Green Suite Hotel (7-color area, Bai Chay, Ha Long, Quang Ninh) according to the actual number of days of stay, starting from 12:00 on July 20. At the same time, provided breakfast, lunch, dinner with a quantity of 100 meals/meal and 3 meals/day according to the actual number of days of stay, starting from 19:00 on July 19.
