Clean land area in industrial parks for lease is more than 1,000 hectares

According to information from the Tay Ninh Provincial Economic Zone Management Board, the area of clean land in industrial parks (IPs) in the province that can be leased is more than 1,000 hectares.

Currently, Tay Ninh province has 46 industrial parks established with a total planned area of nearly 14,000 hectares. Of which, 28 industrial parks have completed infrastructure investment and are receiving investors with a total planned land area of nearly 8,000 hectares; 4 areas with a planned area of about 2,283 hectares are eligible to receive investors and 14 areas have been approved for investment policy, are implementing procedures for site clearance and infrastructure investment with an area of about 3,700 hectares.

Since the beginning of the year, Tay Ninh province's industrial parks have attracted a total of nearly 2,500 projects, including nearly 1,400 FDI projects with a total registered investment capital of more than 17.4 billion USD and 1,088 domestic projects with a total registered investment capital of more than 173,546 billion VND. The area of clean land for lease in industrial parks alone is more than 1,000 hectares.

The Provincial Economic Zone Management Board will strengthen coordination in inspecting and reviewing the occupied area of industrial parks, updating the investment and construction progress, and the investment attraction situation of industrial parks; proactively coordinate with departments, branches, localities, and enterprises to focus on thoroughly resolving difficulties and obstacles in site clearance to attract investment, and improve the operational efficiency of industrial parks according to the province's orientation.

At the same time, the Economic Zone Management Board will strengthen the work of removing difficulties and obstacles for infrastructure enterprises, regularly organize meetings and dialogues with enterprises as well as specialized meetings to solve each group of problems for enterprises./.
