
Accordingly, location 1 has a total planning area of 100 hectares in Hai Van ward (planned to be built as a logistics and logistics center serving Lien Chieu port, focusing on smart warehouses and distribution), of which, 22 hectares of industrial land, 31 hectares of warehouse land, 4 hectares of research and training center land, 7 hectares of residential land, 7 hectares of technical infrastructure hub land, 6 hectares of urban green land and 20 hectares of specialized green land will be converted into free trade zone land; 3 hectares of traffic land will be kept intact.

Location 2 has a total planning area of 77 hectares in Hai Van ward, of which 67 hectares of industrial land, 5 hectares of urban public green space, and 5 hectares of water surface land are adjusted into free trade zone land (a logistics, production and supporting industry complex, adjacent to Lien Chieu Industrial Park).

Location 3 has a total area of about 500 hectares in Hai Van ward (a logistics, production and ecological service trade complex along Cu De river, connecting to Lien Chieu port), of which, 100 hectares of agricultural land, 258 hectares of production forest land, 10 hectares of residential land, 77 hectares of technical infrastructure land, 8 hectares of water surface, 10 hectares of urban public green land, 20 hectares of traffic land into free trade zone land; 17 hectares of specialized green land (national railway line) are adjusted.

Location 4 in Ba Na commune has a total planning area of about 559 hectares, adjusting the entire current high-tech and information technology land area into free trade zone land (a complex, production and logistics area supporting high technology, adjacent to the High-tech Park, Concentrated Information Technology Park).

Location 5 has a total planning area of about 90 hectares in Ba Na commune, adjusting the entire current tourist area into free trade area land (a high-quality commercial - service, resort, and medical complex, near Suoi Mo, Suoi Lanh, supporting the golf course and Ba Na Hills).

Location 6 has a total area of about 154 hectares in Ba Na commune, of which 109 hectares of mixed land, 32 hectares of residential land combined with commercial services, 4 hectares of residential land, 9 hectares of sports center land are adjusted into free trade area land (a complex of trade - services, resorts, supporting industries, connecting with Ba Na Hills tourist area, serving industrial parks, Da Nang High-Tech Park in the vicinity).

Location 7 has a total area of about 401 hectares in Hoa Vang commune (a complex of science, technology and innovation, focusing on research institutes, technology development centers, startups and has special utilities), of which, 195 hectares of specialized green land will be adjusted, 45 hectares of land for sports centers, 71 hectares of agricultural land, 5 hectares of residential land, 36 hectares of village land, 8 hectares of specialized green land, 9 hectares of urban public green land, 26 hectares of water surface land into free trade zone land; 6 hectares of traffic land will be kept intact.
The deadline for posting documents, drawings... and collecting opinions at relevant wards and communes is 30 days from July 18, 2025.
