He mentioned a number of pillars to promote and develop artificial intelligence that need to be focused on, including the first pillar of AI expert human resources and digital technology skills; computing and data infrastructure... All three of these pillars "still have a lot of work to do".

Another pillar is institutional regulations on AI ethics, deepfake, image video processing and regulations on building AI systems... "Currently, the Ministry of Science and Technology is coordinating with Australian experts to build a system of regulations on "Responsible Artificial Intelligence" - responsibility from the builder to the user," said Mr. Duy.

In fact, in recent years, AI technology has developed rapidly, increasingly going into depth and expanding in many fields in Vietnam, Dr. Duong Duy Hung, Assistant to the Head of the Central Economic Commission, said in his speech.
