For many years, Toi and her mother have lived in a level 4 house built in the 1980s that has become seriously dilapidated. With the desire to give Toi and her mother a real home, the Quynh Phu District Red Cross Society, VTC News Electronic Newspaper, Thien Tam Fund and surrounding people have donated to build a new house for the family with a total cost of more than 100 million VND.

In particular, VTC News and Thien Tam Fund supported 50 million VND for the construction cost of a house for Mrs. Toi and her children. After 2 months of construction, the house was completed and handed over directly to Mrs. Nguyen Thi Toi and her children by the Quynh Phu Red Cross and other benefactors.

Also during this period, VTC News and Thien Tam Fund supported each disadvantaged household with 50 million VND to build a new house, helping households ensure social security and have the motivation to improve their lives.

On this occasion, the program also presented 350 gifts to disadvantaged students from kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools and children raised at pagodas in Quynh Phu district.
