Previously, the Investigation Police Agency of An Giang Province Police received a denunciation from the people, through verifying the source of information about the crime, determined the content: Around 2024, Lang Ngoc Diem claimed to be an employee of a bank in Long Xuyen with a source of customers needing to borrow money to mobilize from 4 people in Cho Moi district (old An Giang province), with a total amount of 29,950,000,000 VND, then appropriated and fled the locality.

Currently, it is unclear where Diem is, and it is necessary to organize a search to serve the work of handling crime reports.
