The motorbike carrying H. and M. collided with a blue-black Honda Wave motorbike without a license plate going in the opposite direction. As a result, D.VC and PDH died on the way to the emergency room; VPH was injured and taken to Viet Duc Friendship Hospital for treatment; TCM was injured and is being treated at Hai Duong Provincial General Hospital.
